How can I update my abstract?
When will I receive the final invoice?The final invoice will be sent once the accounting department has registered your payment. Please note that this might take up to 2 weeks. When will I receive my abstract acceptance?You will be informed about your abstract acceptance 2 to 3 weeks after the submission deadline has passed. When should I pay my invoice?After registration, the payment should be done as soon as possible. In case we do not receive your payment before the start of the symposium, your registration will be cancelled. In case your abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due. |
